Configuation:
 

1, Machine is with Siemens PLC and touch screen, steady quality and easy to operate.

2, Machine's linear guide used is Taiwan Hiwin linear guide which will make sure the cutting accuracy and keep machine's longer lifetime.

Functions:

1. 0°/45° head tilting, 0°/90°/180°/270°/360° head rotation.

2. 0° to 85° table tilting, automatic  rotation at every degree and 0° to 360° table rotation and stop at any degree manually.

3. 0° - 90°- 180° - 270° full automatic positioning straight and chamfering cutting.

4. Encoders in X, Y, Z axis guarantee precise positioning.

5.  Monobloc structure bridge saw will be easy for installation and loaded inside 20 foot container as a whole.

6. Cross beam material is casting to assure that machine can be used for a long time.
