HLMJX-12C Automatic Continuous Resin Grinder

The machine specially fits for grinding and polish the slabs and strips of granite and other natural and engineered stones, moving on a conveyor belt, using a series of grinding heads  or resin abrasive disc.

 --"Fine-honed" surface finish to reduce the number of the following level-ling units,and consequently, the dressing costs.

This Model of machine has adopted international advanced technology to be suitable for the automative polishing of marble and granite slabs. It has brand-new design, reasonable structure, stable performance, high efficiency, friendly interface and high degree of intelligence. It is also with merits of small covering space, low consumption rate of polishing material and power, high yield, and etc. This equipment is especially good for the polish of valuable slabs.

Note: This machine has multiple grinding heads which can be selected different number by customer, it can be made 8 heads, 12 heads, 16 heads, 20 heads, and 24 heads according to customer's request.










Features:
1. Advanced PLC system and text display screen are adopted to realize intelligent control and easy operation.
2. Sensor at the slab entrance coordinates with the encoder to determin the shape and location of the slabs and transmit the signal to controlling unit for precise working
3. Grinder working pressure, the beam travel speed and the belt advance speed all can be adjusted according to the materials and the expected finishing gloss.
4. V-belts adopted to transmit power, which greatly reduced the power wastage and increased the service life.
5. Slab vonveying unit is driven by planetary gearbox for maintenance free operations. And a toothed type belt is used for better stability of slab.
6. Resin polishing disk is adopted, which is light , small consumption of power and high grinding efficiency 
7. Central automatic lubrication system used for all moving parts and bearings to get a good lubricating effect and longer life. 
8. Conveyor self-cleaning and stone chip removing system
