HLQY-2500, High Efficiency Multi-blade Stone Cutting Machine
Four cylindrical gantry mutli-blade combination cutting machine adopts diamond tools and high-speed cutting technology, which is suitable for high-efficiently cutting a variety thickness of stone sheet (thickness such as 17mm,20mm,30mm etc).

The Machine uses hydraulic lifting systerm and beautiful structure with waterproof, dustproof and anti-spill to improve the service life. Forward-backward slicing used high-precision driving, automatic slicing, main spare parts adopt imported good-quality materials; the block can be placed on the ground directly to enconomize the workbench and its maintenance costs. Thus the whole machine is featured with high cutting efficiency, high slicing precision, flatness of plate after cutting, high stability, easy operating to suit granite and marble block with high value.
The machine can hang 1-8 piece of specification splate cutting, and can be used to art process and windows, stone composite cutting, and can save the cost of pallet.

Maximum Moving Speed for Blade in the X-axis: 13m/min,Cutting speed is related to stone material and blade material.
Power Requirements: The power supply must be consistent with the requirements of this machine, Voltage380V,Frequency 50HZ and ensure that the voltage error ranges within±5%.
4,Safety Devices
The machine is equipped with the limit switch, which can control the front and back movement of the tool holder, and the left and right feeding movements to achieve the purpose of safe use.
