Stone Tumbling Machine

HLTB-200L/400L is an industrial vibratory tumbler for mass finishing process, such as for smearing, cleaning, polishing, brightening and antiquing. It's used in several different sectors such as stone, metal and wood.
In the marble, stone and ceramic working sector tumbling machines are used to antique and round edges. Antiquing consists in an "artificial ageing" of stone. Recently, Antiquing via tumbling machines has started to being applied to wood.

PU Casted Lining

The lining is made of high wear-resistant quality PU material, which can increase the service life of the lining by more than 5 times. At the same time, it can effectively buffer the strong jitter during the operation of the vibration motor, avoid the collision of parts and reduce noise.

Vibration Tumbling Processing

During the tumbling process, the bowl containing the mixture of the tumbling media and workpieces vibrates at high speed. This vibratory motion causes the tumbling media and workpieces to rub against each other, leading to the desired surface finish.
