Product Description

HKNC-650X is a Bridge shaped Stone Cutting Machine controlled by Italian ESA CNC system and a fully automatic dual-use machine combined with a 5 interpolated axis CNC and a vacuum manipulator for realizing the easy moving automatically of slabs processed to optimise workpiece usage during the cutting machine. This is a multipurpose stone processing machine able to complete works as the following:
* make vertical, inclined& horizontal Cut with Disc Blade
* cut curves with Contour Cutting
* machine with the Core Tool such as drill, end mill & excavation wheel
* Incremental routing for sink cutting, profiling & engraving so that it is gone together constructing the revised concept system for cutting granite, marble, quarts, limestone and the rising new ceramic material.
Matched these capabilities with the Servo Motor Mitering's automatic 0-90 degree blade rotation, Italian ESA CNC system and photographing system, this CNC saw is specially designed to cut and process the marble, granite, or other natural and engineered stones and  is able to implement different complex curved surface processing, profiling, such as kitchen countertop, tombstone, art decoration slab & rock sculpture etc. intricate shapes and angles, ideal for cutting porcelain, stone, marble and granite inlay patterns.
