Equipped with a top-of-the-line Italian ESA CNC control system, this is a fully automatic dual-use machine that integrates 5-axis CNC bridge saw  and 5-axis CNC waterjet cutting technologies. The CNC bridge saw  unit is designed for cutting stone slabs, countertops, sinks, blade profiling, and other operations. Hualong Factory Visit Report: Overseas Customers Praise 5-Axis CNC Sawjet

Mark White, head of a stone company from Australia, visited Fujian Hualong Machinery to inspect their five-axis waterjet and birdge saw machine in order to expand production capacity and improve processing precision. Having previously learned about the equipment at an industry exhibition, his visit aimed to verify its suitability for high-end production needs.

Hualong's Sales Director, Manager TINA, accompanied Mark on a tour of the production workshop. Mark first focused on the core control system. After learning that the equipment is equipped with the Italian ESA five-axis linkage system, he tried operating the 19-inch color touchscreen, praising it: "The interface is intuitive and easier to operate than our existing equipment; workers can learn it quickly."

During the sawing demonstration, the 0°-360° saw head rotation combined with the 0°-90° saw blade tilt precisely completed the granite cut. Mark measured with calipers and found the error to be less than 0.1mm, highly praising the stability provided by the Y-axis gantry structure. The combination of 0°-360° rotation and 0°-60° tilt of the waterjet unit perfectly solves the pain points of processing inner corners and beveled edges. Features such as an 85° tilted work platform for material feeding, defect avoidance through sheet metal photography, and 3-minute DXF file import precisely meet Mark's needs for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. The RTCP blade tip following function allows for the processing of complex curved surfaces with a single machine, while the optional texture alignment function further caters to the needs of high-end projects. Mark immediately decided to order two units, stating that the equipment's performance exceeded expectations.
