5 Axis CNC Stone Cutting Machine

After combining the functions of the HKNC-500 five axis CNC stone processing center with advanced technology, a highly integrated and intelligent super stone processing platform has been formed.

The machine has the synergistic advantage of four core functions and advanced technology

1. Versatile cutting ability
5-axis interpolation system (rotation+tilt)+high rigidity bridge structure+Italian ESA CNC system
Function Implementation: Vertical/Tilt/Horizontal Cutting: With the saw blade automatically tilting from 0 ° to 90 ° and the worktable tilting at 85 ° (optional), precise cutting can be achieved at any angle (such as countertop seams).
Curve contour cutting: Using 5-axis linkage, cutting complex curves (such as stone reliefs and irregular basin holes) like a waterjet, without the need to replace equipment.
Technical support: ESA CNC system's high dynamic response+digital servo motor → ensures precise and error free cutting trajectory, especially suitable for high-speed curve machining.

2. Composite processing capability (integrated drilling, milling, and carving)
Multi functional electric spindle (supporting quick tool change)+drilling
Function implementation: Drilling: Precise drilling (such as faucet holes, installation holes).
Milling carving: Use an end mill to machine flat grooves (such as the support edge of a basin under the table). Use digging wheels to achieve efficient rough carving (such as stone background wall texture).
Sink cutting and contouring: By using incremental wiring technology for layered carving, complex 3D sink shapes (such as double curved artistic basins) can be achieved, avoiding edge collapse caused by a one size fits all approach.
The CAD/CAM software built into the ESA system directly converts design drawings → G-code → automatically plans tool paths and layering strategies, greatly reducing programming barriers.

3. Intelligent automation ecosystem
Vacuum suction cup (optional)+onboard camera+thickness probe+saw blade presetter
No human intervention in the entire process:
Vacuum suction cup automatic feeding → thickness probe measuring stone slab → camera positioning reference → cutting/carving → suction cup removing finished product → continuous cycle.
Optimization of board utilization rate:
According to the CAM software scheduling plan, adjust the position of the stone slabs in real time to reduce the waste rate by over 15%.
The ESA system integrates all sensor data to achieve adaptive processing (such as automatic compensation for stone thickness errors)

Slab Image Capture(Optional)

The application allows to acquire and process the slab photo, by correcting the lens distortion and rectifying it. Through the acquired image, the shapes can be arranged on the slab avoiding material imperfections while identifying the nervures that need to be machined; it is also possible to qualify the slab edge geometrically.

of high quality controlled by an inverter allowing the adjustment of the nr. of revolutions from 0 to 6000 rpm, so granting the use of blade and diamond tools such as a core drill or milling cutter. The tool change is of manual type.
