Product Description

 

2QYK series Quarry Stone Cutting Machine is a classic stone mining machine with double blades developed originally by Hualong Machinery, which has been authorized to formulate national industry standard for the related products.
It's a new chioce, beside of wire saw, for mining granite, marble, quartz and other stone at quarry, more powerful and higher efficient.

Main Features:

1) Double blades with diameters of 3000mm to 5000mm for different models for option, which can cut the depth up to 2250mm.
2) Runnning along the railway rail, can cut one-time the stone as long as the rail available setted at the quarry.

3) Adopt 4 strong steel clynders as guide rail and hydraulic power for main spindle's up and down. So small gap, less wear and no vibration. The whole machine structure is stable, cutting pricisely, greatly improves the service life of the blade tip.
4) Use Siemens, Schneider and other branded electronic components.
5) The cylinder guide are fully enclosed and protected, equipped with automatic lubrication system, which has the advantages of simple maintenance, low cost and long life, and greatly improves the mining efficiency.

6) With super large saw blade, it can cut and mine super large size rock blocks. The cutting surface is flat. It improves the outturn percentage of mine and stone material utilization.
